Before you reach out...
General Questions
-
We handle the parts of group travel that take real time and specialized relationships like sourcing properties, negotiating rates and room blocks, managing contracts, and staying available before, during, and after the trip. Think of it as the logistics and negotiation layer behind your event, wedding, or retreat.
-
That's not a problem — we can step in at whatever stage you're at. If the venue's already selected, the work shifts to negotiating the block and terms rather than sourcing options.
-
It depends on what you're planning. Corporate retreats and incentive trips typically start planning 12–18 months out. Weddings usually move 9–12 months ahead. Retreats and social groups can move much faster, sometimes just 3–6 months. If you're not sure where your timeline falls, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
corporate travel
-
We work with corporate groups of nearly any size, from an intimate 20-person leadership offsite to incentive trips well over 100. The process scales with the group; larger groups just mean more structure around deadlines and rooming.
-
We narrow the search based on your headcount, budget, and meeting space needs, then bring you a shortlist of properties that actually fit, along with a real recommendation, not just a list to sort through yourself.
weddings
-
By default, we work directly with the planner, and the couple never hears from us separately. That's typical, but it's not fixed. If you'd rather we communicate with the couple directly for certain pieces, we can structure it that way instead.
-
Yes. We can work under your name, co-branded, or as a straightforward referral, whichever fits how you run your business. We'll figure out what makes sense together.
-
Standard practice is billing the wedding planner directly, under a separate agreement, with no involvement from the couple. That said, billing structure is something we can adjust based on how you prefer to run things.
partnerships & retreats
-
It depends on how you want to run it. We can work white-labeled under your name, co-branded as a joint offering, or as a straightforward referral where we work directly with your client. We'll figure out what fits during our first conversation.
-
There's no strict minimum. Retreats tend to run smaller and more intimate than weddings or corporate trips, often somewhere between 10 and 30 guests, but we'll work with what your group actually looks like.
